This property was originally an Indian burial ground. The land was taken, then during the 1960s turned into a dairy. Later became the Northwood shopping mall. Eventually all the retailers left and the entire building was taken over by state government and converted to office space.
It looks like a single story building, but it's actually two floors. From the front, all you see is the upper floor. Around back you can see both floors.
