Kelly Village

Kelly Village is a multi-family public housing development owned by the Houston Housing Authority, located at 3118 Green Street in the Fifth Ward community of Houston, Texas. First established in 1939 (as Kelly Courts), it consists of 333 one- to four-bedroom units.
