Eat Street actually extends from Grant Street to 29th Street on Nicollet. Restaurant types include African, American (BBQ ribs, for example), Carribean, Chinese, German, Greek, Malasian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Vietnamese. Additionally, there are many Asian and several Mexican groceries; there are several good coffee shops and only two national chains among the sixty-some food establishments.
