The Makati City hall.. is quite efficient.. and usually busy.. It also has facilities to undergo a Marriage seminar and obtain an LCR Marriage licence for both local and Foreign Nationals. There is also an NSO serbilus center within for easy access to local Birth Death Marriage certificates and registration.

How long does it take to have a Certificate of Attendance in a pre-marital counseling and family planning seminar in Makati City Hall?Can you give me some info regarding Marriage License Application.

nag OJT rin ako dito.. oras dito 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. time in ka ng before 8:00 AM, tapos, kain ka ng 11:30 AM, tapos tulog ka ng 12:00 NN at gising ka ng 1:30 PM. tapos prepare ka ng pra umuwi ng 4:30 PM at eksaktong 5:00 PM, uwian na. nga pala, yung time na 8:00 - 5:30, puro chika tao don, konti lng working time nila. syempre, government sila work e, asa kapang masisipag sila kunwari!!! ;-)

This is what I call "The Citadel". Binay's f*cking seat of omnipotence and inexhaustible cash flow.

Binay wont let go of this city because it is his life. He doesnt know anything else to do. And besides, he gets plenty of money from Makati. The son of a b*tch swindler.

This man was one of the many who cried out against political dynasty in the Marcos regime. But now look at him. The hipocrite! He has been in position in Makati for about 20 years! Just as long as Marcos' rule. The hipocrite!

And what does he have to show for? Makati isnt great because of him. It is great because of Ayala. Outside of Ayala the city is in chaos. Squatters everywhere. Fuck, just outside this building there are plenty of suatters.

So it is safe to say that Binay is a screw up. The epitome of hypocrisy.

probably the best or one of the best cityhalls in the philippines. Manila city hall is nothing compared to this wonderful building.

Well, duh. This city hall is only recent memory. Comparing it to Manila city hall is like comparing a beatle to an F150.
And with that metaphor you could also say that this City Hall is redundantly expensive like an F150. Its a gas guzzler. An unnecessary expense of the local government.

Shit, just outside this building you'll see squatters. Why not spend money on them? giving them jobs and homes or educating them for free.

well nagbibigay naman ng free training ang city hall for the poor. example na lang non e free basic computer training w/ free internet pa if the barangay my budget..and sa UMAK sa MTPLC my free training cla like TESDA. it doesn't mean kurakot c BINAY but atleast my nakikita taung improvement for the residence of MAKATI. it just ndi lang alam ng mga resident kc it's either mga dayo or ala paki alam mga barangay officials sa kanila.
