Kota Warisan is the nearest housing project to KLIA (10 minutes' drive) and 15 to 20 km to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya. Developed by Gema Padu Sdn Bhd, Kota Warisan is 600 acres of terrace houses, semi-detached houses, apartments and bungalows. There are also shops and offices.
The Airport City Business Centre is also incorporated into Kota Warisan where there is a budget transit hotel for LCCT travellers and also a church to be set up here. It is within walking distance to the Salak Tinggi ERL station (which is the first transit stop from KLIA). The primary school is SK Kota Warisan. An SMK and an SMA are to be built in three to four years' time. Kota Warisan has its own mini post office at 6 Jalan Airport City 2.
The people here, especially Malays, are very friendly.
