147-foot, 7-story multi-purpose building originally completed as a 2-story shipping distribution center in 2001. The base is still occupied by FedEx, while additional floors were built on top beginning in 2018 and completed in 2020. Designed by SLCE, the new facades are clad in glass and metal, rising from a 4-story base of black- and white-painted cast-stone. On the 6th floor is Glasshouse 660 12th Avenue, an event space with outdoor terraces. The flagship of the Glasshouses company, it is the largest private event space in New York, with accommodations for up to 1,850 guests for seated dinners.

The main, west-facing facade on the avenue is organized into five bays, with the center one featuring a glass curtain wall, with the main entrance at the ground floor. The other four bays have wide bands of windows, taller at the ground floor. The base at the north and south facades is painted black on the lower two floors, and white on the top two, with several bays of short, wide window bands. The upper floors are set back from the base, with various terraces and setbacks.
