Most likly you will not receave this message, but I will try to reach you anyway. Recently within the last 3 months or so I had receaved from Concern inc. a brand new Dell V 305 printer. The printer is an excelent tool for my personal use, my career and all other writings. I use it in the convenice of my studio apartment. However, today, Tuesday October 28th, 2008 I once again tried to reach your computer tech. persons at this number as stated [1-800-624-9897] / I need to know how to turn the printer off or is it acceptable to leave it on the energy saving mode. I do not want my new printer to burn itself out. Your operator or tech surport persons demanded in a polite way, the service number of the dell V 305 printer.I gave it to him and he insisted it was the service number of a lap top not of a printer. The seven digit service number is coowgf1. He then loudly requested the serial and or service number of my computer, I requested or asked why? At that point we were then eather disconneted or he hung up on me. I politly and respectfully was angry, this is not the first time that I have had problems with you service techs, operators and customer surport persons. Dale, please investage and get back to me when you can.
