A former knife factory, these buildings were rehabbed in 1989. They were among the first live/work lofts that were legally available in RI, and now house a 4 star restaurant (CAV), architects, an art supply store, a veterinarian, Johnson & Wales dormitories, doctor's offices, as well as multiple residences.
