Notorious for it's Rag Week celebrations, involving nudity, drunkenness...and more nudity!! Mecca for students any day of the week, and is the student pub of choice for many a student, ranging from fresher to season IT Carlow repeat students!
Nexus nightclub is located upstairs. Open every Tuesday night, it still manages to attract the punters, even though its dark, cramped, and smells a bit funky. Also, location of various Rag Week festivities such as strippers, Bull-shake-a-majig, and mock weddings, aswell as a dance floor that boasts nearly as many locals "givin it loads massive" on the dance floor, as The Foundry (see Dinn Ri).
