Chakraborty House

Prafulla Kumar Chakraborty was the Chairman of Halisahar Municipality during the time 1969 to 1978. He was one of the best chairman in the history of Halisahar Municipality. His grandsons Shanku, Takam are out of Bengal due to their service. Patua & Kalua other two grandsons is presently staying in Kolkata and Kolyani respectively.
