Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood.
Almost entirely residential and predominately middle to upper middle class houses, the further west you go in Magnolia the nicer the neighborhood generally becomes. There is a small commercial strip on W. McGraw St. between 31st and 35th Ave W called Magnolia Villiage.

not all houses on the west side are wealthier, actually thats just up until magnolia blvd. after that the closer to the water you get the less wealthy it becomes. | ||||
