Brix Condo
What was a Safeway store has been demolished and the Brix Condos are about halfway
built. Marketed to young hipsters, it promises to bring life back to the neighborhood
that had gone downhill over the years that the Safeway was there.
Unlike the QFC across the street this Safeway never relocated. It was pretty darn dumpy in its day.
