Former "company town" for Dole Pineapple, which left in 1975. Now revived with a mini-colony of restaurants and shops. If they are still there (they were in 1995), the display of classic surfboards on a fence visible from Rt. 460 is worth the trip alone. Also headquarters for Molokai Ranch.
