I believe the above is wrong. This is CERC Its a very strange building the top 4 or 5 floors are unfinished last I knew it housed some offices dealing with WVU's engineering dept as well as a small TV studio and KU Uplink facility.

I work on the 6th floor of this building and it is filled with offices. Some for this and that, it also has many laboratories where engineers and chemists conduct experiments. It also houses the West Virginia University Business Incubator ( http://www.wvu.edu/~incubator/ ).

Nice facility to conduct business in! I like my cubicle.
