NYU Water Street Dorm

200 Water Street, owned by New York University and used as an undergraduate residence hall. Was built in the 1970s as an office building, but was later converted to apartments before being bought by the university in the 1990s. 32 floors tall, with two tiers of elevators- 3 that service floors 2-15, and 4 that service 16-32. Is NYU's farthest dorm from campus.
