In Pattamangalam Sivan Koil there is a separate sannathi for Lord Dakshinamoorthy and there is also an Ashtamasitthi(Temple Pond). The temple is famous because,the Lord Dakshinamoorthy faces East which is unique in India.Many people from southern States of India visit this temple to have their wishes fulfilled.
