West Lafayette Wastewater Treatment Utility

The wastewater treatment plant for the City of West Lafayette was finished in 1958. It has been upgraded and expanded several times over the decades. The facility is a conventional activated sludge plant. Wastewater from the City and Purdue University is treated here. The treated water is discharged to the Wabash River.
