Oganer

I was working in Norilsk 1992-93.Oganer is away from Norilsk about 20km.There is the
biggest Russian hospital, which one consist,one thousand bed.During the winter season
temperature may reach -45 degrees.On summer season,which last arround 30-35 days it could be 36 degrees.
