Originally the local passenger & freight depot of the Georgia RR, 1891-1980. Reopened as nightclub "The Freight Room" from 1981-1999. Georgia RR successor CSX who held the lease on the property planned to demolish the building early 2000s. A preservation campaign was successful in preserving the structure, moving it approximately 300 feet east of its original location.
