I guess this means two INTERSTATE highways, although I am not sure that is accurate either. It is the junction of I-35 and I-90.

Interstates 88 and 39 cross in a rural environment in Illinois, and I am sure there are other examples around. It is unusual that two cross country interstates cross in such a place.
