Opened in 1918, after the original San Bernardino station was destroyed by fire, this station served both Santa Fe and Union Pacific railroads. There was both a Harvey House lunch counter and dining room on the premises.

The station has been extensively renovated, and currently serves as an Amtrak stop.

The second story now houses the offices of San Bernardino Associated Governments:
