There is a public tap in front of Government Girls High School, 12-1-11, Lalapet but it is nothaving the pipe due to which the water is continuously overflowing on the main road. Please fix the pipe with tap.

There is a big playground at Lalapet, Secunderabad but it is not having a public tap due to which children are facing lot of problems and in summer some of the children are getting fainted due to the thirst.

I don't think water works department takes any action inspite of giving a complaint either through verbal or in a written statement. We stay in place called Sriramnagar colony ( Near Ayyapa Swamy Temply ), Backside Gandhi Statue, Gowlipura, Hyd - 53. We have been to AE (Mr. Shahnawaz hussain) informing him that we are not getting water since couple of weeks. He informed somebody to take care. But it's was of no use. We are not getting water at all.
I would appreciate if anybody who go through this message, if you can provide the email address from TOP to BOTTOM of Water works department then i would send them across an email which gives them the better understanding of the problem.

i have purchased house no 10/03/291/1/k vijay nagar coolony from mohan rao ch before 4 years.

in the above conection i would to submit you sir last four years inspite of reminding request to your executive engineers and asst. executive enginers no action has been taken, as not a single drop of water is coming in our lane, your ees and aes are giving reasons that new line will be laid down nothing has been done,
every year during rainy season the dranage water come in house from toilts and wash basin so plese inform them to take action, as they are not interested to look in mater.

I'm the resident of Murad Nagar Hyderabad. I'm not getting water from the main line my water pipe is connected. I wish to take new connection from another line. Please advise me the estimate and the procedure to follow.

We reside in Himayath nagar, where in the water supply is pathetic even at ground level.
we were informed to repair/install new meter as the existing one did not properly function

upon calling 1916 the Water Works approved Water Meter was installed by some private agency

within a few months we were re notified that even the new existing meter did not properly function.

Again the Water Works Dept. assured that they would install a new Water Meter wherein the Cost(inclusive of installation expense)would be added in the monthly Demand cum Notice (in installments @ Rs.75/-per month)

this has been duly added every month and paid for. The problem which now appears is that even after the cost of New Water Meter has been paid for we are asked to pay for the installments as seen in the monthly Demand cum Notice(water bill).

Orally or verbally informing them to rectify their fault is on deaf ears.

The most irritating part is they seem to now tell us that even this NEW water meter is faulty.

Pls explain

i have booked a water tanker with token no 6922 on 24may2008 but i offical are so reckless repeatedly they call us and confirm but they will not send the tanker its really hard time we are not receiveing municipal water for past one month even after repeated complaint no action was taken even if we book tanker also we not get the tanker atleast for three to four days they want the reason not to send the tanker we are from Bapungar(Near Shivalayam),Langarhouse,hyderabad 500008
