Lakshmima Apt (Chennai(Madras))

I live in this place. Its ok but I hate the colour

We stay in flat 3-c , block iii
Nice place. I luv it.

Lakshmima has about 40 apartments, basement parking, lots of kids, play area. Looks nice in the nights. Apartments get vacant frequently, mostly during school ending season. School buses that come here into 4th Seaward include all the major schools far and near, including:

St Michaels
St. Johns
Omega
Navadisa
Chettinad
Sishya
Kangaroo Kids
Vaels Billabong
Brotherhood schools
Gateway International
...and many many more

Cosmopolitan, multi-ethnic, multi-linguistic, multi-regional crowd, with lotsa kids.
May not be suitable for young couples who like to party...
Some internal friction like any other place. Basement parking. Rents vary a lot, one needs to keep looking (depends on owners' long term and short term needs). Depends on a lot of other factors too. Apartments from 1200 sq ft to 3500 sq feet approx. Tanker water. Starting from 2 bed, 2 bath, LHK at the minimum.
Veg/Non Veg requirement is low.
Remember: Little kids converse in almost completely in English, older ones English and some Tamil. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Relatively safe area (until now atleast!)

My daughter too have a flat in this lakshmima apartment. Very good place to live in.all the schools are closeby . Beach is just 500 metrs away. Nice breez from the sea. Good play area for children. Lots of shopping malls are near to this complex. Our flat is 2016 square feet. All the bedrooms have balconies.
