| Minute Maid Park Minute Maid Park (formerly Enron Field and Astros Field) is a 40,950-seat baseball stadium located at 501 Crawford Avenue in the Ballpark District of downtown Houston, Texas. Opened in May, 2000 as Enron Field, it replaced the Houston Astrodome as the home ballpark of Major League Baseball's Houston Astros.
