How much do you think is the correct rate for this property ? I think for a 3BHK apt, Rs. 3000/- is exhorbitant for the location. I am never going to install in-house amenities worth 7 or 8 Lacs (3000-2300 or 2200 = 700 or 800 * Atleast 1000 sq ft) Are you ? If yes, don't wilt in the storm over the next few quarters...
