He got around 80 acres land ( dry) sorrounded by forest as part of legal fees payable by his client at narasipatnam .he took lot of pains to bring up the garden. he planted around 100 types of vareities in the gardn . Aound 1200 plants were plante. it provides greenery to the entire area there by protecting the environment around. govt built one resorvoier on shesugedda( RIVERlet) near by recently as it became catchment area.
