Government leaves it deserted for years without any care. Now, private company make it a nice resource and receive blames. I think government should stop wasting resources like the way they are doing.
Similar case in Hue, the "View Hill" was like place for garbage gathering for years, but a project making a nice Hotel& resort receives a lot of disagreement. Swimming pool's comment above means "protecting by leaving deserted"????

I don't think the resort is really good for Tam island or Nha Trang bay in general. If I have to chose between a "nice" resort and a "not very nice" coral reef, I chose coral. The resort may be built easily and quickly anywhere. The coral reef is a natural gift that was given by God and Time. No resort is as precious. And Tam island is one of few island which includes coral reef.
