Montgomery Park was first built as one of Montgomery Ward’s national distribution centers. In 1989 Naito Corporation renovated the building and switched two of the last four letters of the famous electric “MONTGOMERY WARD” sign to read “MONTGOMERY PARK.”

This premier office building is now the second largest in Portland by volume. Its award-wining nine story atrium hosts a variety of events and is available for rent along with the formal banquet room.

  • Large office building, largest building in Oregon (in volume, or at least close). Originally a 1925ish Montgomery Ward's distribution center, converted to office space in 1989.
  • 9 stories of office building. Food Court & coffee shop on the 2nd floor. Piano in the Park weekdays during lunch. Atrium area is great for company parties and weddings.
