Chamberlain, SD

Chamberlain is a city in Brule County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 2,338 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Brule County.
Chamberlain was located on a Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad line now operated by Dakota Southern.
