In 1941 Anatol Josepho (inventer of the photo booth) donated part of his estate to the Crescent Bay Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Camp is now operated by the Western Los Angeles County Council of the BSA.
Main structure on the site is now the Lodge House of the (Malibu) Order of the Arrow.
