Tsangpo becomes Siang as the mighty river enters the Gelling, Tuting circle in Arunachal Pradesh and it becomes Brahmputra in the down stream having meet Dibang and Lohit River. Thus it is refer as as "Luit" in Assamese folklores.

This is just a tributary of the Tsanpo. The actual river flows a bit southwest of here.
