Dehri-on-Sone

This twin city commonly knows as Dehri -Dalmianagar. Dalmianagar was/is well known for its "Rohtas Industries”.
The twin city and surrounding area are blessed by Mother Nature with mineral abundance and the 3 km wide river Sone . Dehri hosts one of the very few hydro power plants in Bihar, having capacity about 1.5MW.
