It's not going to help Goans. Goan's can't afford such expensive Real estate and this Gatted Community will disrupt the Traditional practices of the local people.Isn't this project too close to the see to violate CRZ norms. |

Will it not help Goans? First of all, I know of Goans who have bought into the project, especially plots in phase I & II. But even more so, think about:
1. Who are the contractors and people helping construct the project? GOANS!
2. Where will the residents of Aldeia de Goa spend their money while living in GOA? IN GOA!
3. Where will the residents of Aldeia de Goa employ help from? GOA! |

This is not going to help Goans. If you want Goa to remain unspoiled than object to this construction plan immidiately. |

4. By destroying Goa's Environment like below, you are in essence killing the Goose that lays the Golden Eggs. Who wants to visit a Polluted, Concrete Jungle that Goa may become ? |

There is no use in writing such cheap comments as above. As a GOAN, first try to be sincere to yourself and to help people around you. Be God fearing. You will also succeed in life one day and can consider buying a similar property for yourself.
REMEMBER, BEING JEALOUSY WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU TO SUCCEED IN LIFE. |

The green hills and blue seas that this project is destroying is an essential part of Goa's Identity. For a few coins , a beautiful scenery has been marred beyond recognition. And would the Original People of this place be allowed into this Gated Community. It's only meant for a priviledged few. What about the traditional Goans who have lived there for hundreds of years. Why should their lives be affected. We are not Jealous but it is you who are greedy and do not mind destroying goa for a few pennies. We are concerned for our Goa. |

Fantastic Project, Beautiful Landscaping, Generating Employment and Revenue for Goans, Visionary Thinking from a ROI perspective, HUGE Capital Gains for investors, but nevertheless, an ECOLOGICAL DISASTER of massive scale. |

for those who need logical explainations: there used to be countless snakes where this construction is being built.where have they gone? down in the village in people houses.......why? because fools flattened their habitat...
so for those who seek logic, go and leave in the village below and sleep on the floor. am sure one of those crawly creatures will pay u a visit( ohhhh !keep the own or window open)and enjoy yur encounter. |

entire panaji was built on orchard / mangrove property centuries ago
environment is not saved by rhetoric. what action have you taken ? how many trees have you planted in your life ? how many trees were cut to build your home ?
landowner was goan. brokers were goans. builders are goans. contractors are goans. suppliers are goans. many buyers are goans.
instead of being jealous, why dont you earn more so you can afford to buy here ?
