The Pennsylvania Railroad Harsimus Stem Embankment.
A three story tall abanonded railroad embankment that runs down the south side of Sixth St. in Downtown Jersey City.
An effort is under way to convert this area in condominiums - facing an opposition from some locals insisting that the Embankment be turned into a public park.
