This house is made in 1983 by Nripendra Kumar Banik & he started residing here with his family member, late Govinda Lal Banik(Landlord's father),Late Nitai Dashi Banik(Landlord's mother),wife Sunanda Banik, sister Tulsi Banik, Daughter Amrita Banik who was near about 4 years old then & son Avisek Banik (near about 6 months then). N.K.Banik is a retired bank officer & Sunanda Banik is a house wife. Both of son & daughter are settled in Delhi now.
This is a east side facing two floored house. Ground floor contains two flats, each having 2 bedroom,1 studyroom,1 kitchen & one bathroom & the left side flat have one front facing corridor .In First floor there is only one flat having 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms & 1 corridor. Above this floor there is a “puja ghar” & in the roof there is one attached bathroom flat.
