NCP Car park

This ugly 1960s car park was going to be redeveloped as part of the Beetham Tower redevelopment however talks broke down and it remains. It serves as a car park to residents of the tower when their 'state-of-the-art' car park fails which is becoming a regular occurrence as indicated by local news sources.
