The Saint-Benoit-of-Lake Abbey, founded in 1912, is an abbey located in the municipality of Saint-Benoit-of-Lake at Quebec.

Since 1912, Benedictine monks from France built a monastery not far from the lake Memphrémagog.

There are about fifty monks who live according to the monastic rule written by Saint Benoit, from where the term Benedictine comes from.
