Alexandra Palace

Alexandra Palace is a popular site for exhibitions, conferences, hospitality and private celebrations; from the most intimate to large-scale events.

Opened in 1873, the Palace has a long and fascinating history, and was built as an entertainment, education and recreation centre for the public, to serve as "The Crystal Palace of North London". It has been extensively renovated and refurbished to meet the needs of modern event organisers. Set in 196 acres of parkland overlooking London, it is located between Muswell Hill and Wood Green, five miles from Piccadilly Circus.

Alexandra Palace was the site of the first BBC television broadcast in 1936.
