Nemirov is one of the eldest cities in Vinnitska oblast, Ukraine. It was founded my Prince Nemir in 1390. A lot of famous artists, poets, writers and scientists was burn here. There are: Nikolai Nekrasov, Mycola Neontovytch, Teodor Dobrzhanskey and others. At the center of the city there are beatutiful palace and park of Princess Maria Scherbatova well known all over Ukraine.
