The current Singapore Art Museum resides in a portion of the compounds of the first Saint Joseph's Institution.
Only the main administration building remains of the old school. The building has retained most of it's original facade to aptly house the Arts Mueseum in all its French Architecture Grandeur.
Gazetted National Monument of Singapore on 14th February 1992 and 3rd July 1992.

Opening hours: Mon to Sun (10am-7pm), Fri (10am-9pm)
Admission: $3 per adult, $1.50 per student/senior citizen (60 years & above), Free for child below 6 years, $8 per family (max. 5 members)
Free admission on Friday nights (7-9pm)
