Respected Madam/ Sir,
With pleasure the management of Pallavi Hotel, Restaurant & Banquets (A unit of Tara Chand Industries Ltd.) Cordially invite the talented Artists of your School to participate in our XIth Annual on the Spot Painting competition to be held on Thursday 13th September 2007, from 8.30 am to 12 noon at our PALLAVI Complex to compete with the talented artists from Schools of Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali.
The competition is divided into three groups which are as follows:-

Group A 4th, 5th & 6th 09.00 am to 11.00 am.
Group B 7th, 8th & 9th 09.30 am to 11.30 am.
Group C 10th, 11th & 12th 10.00 am to 12.00 noon.

The conditions and prizes for the competition will be as under:-

1. Four best artists in each group (Total=12) from each school will be eligible to compete in a Entry Free competition. Entries to be forwarded to us the latest by 5th September 2007.
2. The best Artists in each group 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions will be given Cash Prizes / Free Coupon, Certificate & mementoes.
3. Certain consolation prizes will also be given to other deserving artists.
4. The Management organizes this competition as a regular feature and thus gives the Running Trophy for the best institute of the year also.
5. The Prize distribution will take place immediately after the competition on the same day.
6. Drawing Sheet will be provided by the Management & the art work will remain the property of PALLAVI Management.
7. Participants are requested to bring their own Sketch Pen, Rubber, Sharpener and Water Colours, no oil colours will be permitted to be used in the medium of expressions.
8. The Topic of Event will be announced on the spot.
9. Refreshment will be served to the participants and teachers concerned during the competition.
