RE: Remicade (Infiximab)

*** First Offence **** June 21,2006

I had ordered a double dosage of Remicade (six boxes) , Shoppers Drug Mart only supplied me with three. This appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled for August 30,2006. My wife & I had to waste 3.5 hours vacation for June 21,2006. I had talked to the Store Pharmacy Manager in a closed door meeting & promised this sort of thing would never happen again.

*** Second Offence *** June 19, 2007

I am scheduled to receive my Remicade Infusion on June 20, 2007. On my answering machine I had received a message from Shoppers Drug Mart stating: “we forgot to order your Remicade & the earliest we can have it for you is June 22, 2007.” I had called the store at 3:05 pm (June,19,2007) & was told the week before the Pharmacist had to forgot to call the order in & we will do our best to get it in today (June,19,2007) . They said they would call me back at 4:15 pm. I had to call back as no one had phoned me at 6:35 pm. This order should be in the morning of June 20.2007.

I have a serious health condition (Chrons Disease)& the above mentioned is uncalled for.
Please inform me for any response to this matter.

hi My name is Betty I want to complain about the way my grandaughter was treated She is out of colledge and was hired by shoppers drugmart in Chatham ontario.The woman was supposed to train her and she wouldnt show her nothing Megan was going home crying everynight Is that the way our students are treated. She had to quit thank you. Shoppers Drugmart in nortown plaza on st. clair st in Chatham Ontario please let me know if you get this. She was hired for a pharmacist assistent and was so excited to get this job

I had misplaced my card in the Shoppers Drug Mart Store. I didnt notice until I got home. When I returned I informed them, and although they didnt have my card they issued me a new one and told me that all the info will be sent to head office. I accumualted around 75.00 to spend on my card. I was told that now that I lost my card it is possible that I have lost my free spending amount. Someone could have picked up my card and used it. Therefore I will begin at zero amount.
I was shocked, my name is on that card and belongs to me. So if a stranger uses it Shoppers asks for no identification. Is there not any security issues regarding the cards Shoppers gives to their customers? It took me over a year of accumulation of rewards, gas money to get there for I live in the country, and Shoppers is basically telling me Oh Well your name is on it so what. Wheres the protection? I am really upset with a store that has been my long time favorite, a customer for over 20 years.
