This is a unique building which is circular in shape. However, its shape resulted in it being an unpopular choice for offices. Therefore, as part of the redevelopment of the area, the tower is being converted into apartments. All of which were snapped up in one day. At present, the tower has been stripped to its shell with the majority of the white cladding being removed and all the windows too leaving the inner concrete core along with the floors. It is being redeveloped by developers, Urban Splash.
