First the Spanish conquistador's lived there then they upgraded and went to San Jose. Now that area is basically sloppy seconds or thirds which will turn out like East Palo Alto. The housing cost will rise and people will just have to be evicted. Aren't they demolishing the appartments there especially the second floor. It's alright asbestos and other chemicals might make people living there turn into huge mutants.

Santa Clara doesn't have any projects, people claim to much things and make up some bull. It's like they live in a fantasy world may be to much Nintendo Wii. Apparently, this area use to be safe until a bad apple was born.
