Glascock Manner (Raleigh)

Nicknamed the "Brown Bag" this is considered a blight in the neighborhood. High Police presence because of a large drug user base. The exterior of the apartments were redone in late 2006 in an effort to clean up the image of the complex.

The exterior was redone in late 2005. There barely any crime here, mostly because of the curfew that the Raleigh PD has implemented on Raleigh North apartments. There are A LOT of young children here. The rent is very inexpensive...Only $525 for a 3 bedroom. The people are very friendly.
