Expect to wait FOREVER here for something as simple as a driver's license. This building is staffed by some of the slowest people in the city. You'd think they were giving away PS4's or Xbox 720's by the site of the lines.
So, get there at least 5 hours early, and be sure to bring a book/novel or an 80GB iPod or a sleeping bag with you if you are unlucky enough to ever have to stop here.
