This building has a great past. It was Accurate Sound in the 1950's where Frankie and the Cavaliers recorded "Last Kiss" which was redone by Pearl Jam. It was later a Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house. Then in 1985, it became the home of Thrifty Nickel, now American Classifieds.
