Malda Polytechnic,established in 1962 was the first Polytechnic taken by the W.B.GOVT. ,presently having four technical streams (civil,mechanical,electrical& automobile)and are enriched by the competent faculty members with equipped laboratories & other infrastructural facilities.Boys'hostels having all residential facilities are well maintained with a peaceful and healthy environment.Another commendable footstep of the institute is its Community Polytechnic Cell.
