Campina Grande do Sul is a municipality located in the Brazilian state of Paraná. The largest covered arena of Latin America is located in Campina Grande do Sul. Campina Grande do Sul is also home to "Kakifest", the greatest fest in the municipality. Its population was 42,376 in 2004.
