Summary: An altered, silicified zone along a quartz monzonite-hornfels contact strikes N. 45° W. and dips 45° SW. The 4-foot-thick zone contains veins and pods of vuggy limestone-stained quartz for 60 feet along strike and at least 150 feet downdip. Workings: A 10-feet-diameter shaft is 45 feet deep with 110 feet of accesible 45°-inclined drift. Other workings include an 8-foot-deep pit and 15 shallow short bulldozer cuts.
